TOFU: The Other White Meat
TOFU can be an intimidating ingredient - white and jiggly. These features make people shy away from cooking with it, but actually, those are the same features that make it so easy to transform it into all sorts of things. Its mild flavor makes it perfect to drink and is great in marinades and sauces. Whether silken, soft, firm, or extra firm its great versatility has made it a good friend to the bakers & chefs of this Vegan & Gluten-Free kitchen. Come and meet our little friend TOFU and learn how to use it.
Classes are limited to 8 people (Adults Only) and are held at our Vegan & Gluten-Free Kitchen in Keyport, 351 Maple Place, Keyport, NJ.
