Description
TOKYO JAZZ JOINTS is an audiovisual project documenting Japan’s hidden, vanishing world of jazz ‘kissa’ (coffee shops) and bars since 2015. Hosted by TOKYO JAZZ JOINTS co-creator and photographer, Philip Arneill, this unique pop-up will once again bring the spirit of Japan’s jazz ‘kissa’ to Belfast with a curated, vinyl listening experience in the beautiful space of Sound Advice at Banana Block. Make sure you come prepared to relax, enjoy a drink, and listen to jazz the way it should be heard!
Doors will open at 8pm with first needle drop/doors closing at 8.30pm sharp. Restricted to 30 spaces only. Event ends at 10pm but Banana Block Bar will continue after with jazz until 11pm.
