Join us for our first ever in Skagit, Shawn O'Donnell's Premier Private Four Course Dinner & Top Shelf Whiskey Experience. The event will be hosted at our Skagit location in our private banquet room on Saturday, January 18th from 6-8pm.
Our in house whiskey enthusiast, Jim Stephanson will be pairing up with Head Chef, Ivan Macias to create a unique and unforgettable experience. Guests will start the evening with a welcome cocktail, followed by three, .75 oz pours of Premium Irish Whiskey, tasting notes and discussion through out the evening. We'll dive in to each whiskey, while providing an atmosphere for conversation as well. We will taste the whiskey through out an exquisite Four Course Dinner Experience.
We will be featuring an outstanding line up of Irish Whiskeys, with unique flavor profiles & limited releases.
- Tullamore Dew Cider Cask (in an Old Fashioned Cocktail)
- Writer's Tears
- Method & Madness Bourbon Cask
- Redbreast Lusteau
Dinner will feature:
Appetizer: Spiced Prawns poached in Pineapple Coconut Cream
Starter Salad: Romaine boat salad with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, Kalamata olives, red onion, feta, and vinaigrette dressing
Entrée: Tenderloin Medallions, Hasselback potato and Grilled Asparagus
Dessert: Chocolate Mousse with fresh Raspberry Coulis
Tickets are $95 per person and you must be 21 or older to join. This will make a great holiday gift or gathering as well. Seating will be assigned, please email Molly@shawnodonnells.com if you have specific seating you would like and we'll happily accommodate keeping groups together.
