On Cue Performance Hub is a new non-profit performing arts organization offering a cooperative producing model serving local artists and diverse audiences in Regina and beyond. We aim to enliven Regina’s downtown core and activate connections between performing artists, businesses, and audiences. Bringing together artists across dance, music, theatre, and spoken word, our multi-pronged programming boosts the capacity of artists to make a sustainable living from full-time creative practice by strengthening their skills, knowledge, and connections
Description
Touring With OSAC
On Cue Professional Development, Session Three
Get an inside look at how OSAC can help you tour your production across Saskatchewan on the school and arts organization circuit. Marianne Woods and Skip Taylor will discuss touring the OSAC performing arts network in Saskatchewan. Information on the other provincial presenting networks across Canada will also be covered. The process for these organizations is similar in that there is an application and jury process, a showcase, a booking period and finally the tour! Learn best practices in each of these steps from the pitch to the performance.
This webinar will feature ASL Interpretation.
This Professional Development session will be hosted on Zoom and will be free to attend. Please be aware that this webinar will be recorded and made publicly available via On Cue's website and Youtube channel.
On Cue Professional Development is made possible by the Canada Performing Arts Workers Resilience Fund Grant from Canadian Heritage.
