Indulge your senses in this interactive wine pairing adventure. Sample five fine wines and find out how their characters evolve as they are paired with a variety of tapas-style plates. You'll even be taught how to create your own unique blend - the best in class will win a prize!

  2. Folie Chard-Bruschetta style with Artichoke Bruschetta
  3. Shatter Grenache- Strawberry Spinach salad
  4. Terra Zin- Pepper steak au poivre over mashed potatoes

What To Expect

  • Five wines paired with tapas style plates. 
  • Learn how to blend three different wines to create your own style with prizes for the best blend. 
  • Instructor: Chef to be announced.
  • Length: Approximately 3 hours.
  • Format: Experience.
  • Restrictions: Ages 21 and older.
