This is a fun and exciting cardio dance filled fun. We teach you the basics of jumping on the trampoline safely first before we actually get in a groove. If this is your first class you will love every minute of it. If this is your second or third class. You will love it as well. This event will take place in the Bronx. We look forward to seeing everyone there.
