It's a new approach, hospitality for work - where we've imagined the use and feel to be for those that don't want to do the double elevator and parking garage high rise downtown dance, but also need a little insulation from laundry, dogs, kids and competition for the wifi at home. A space that makes it easy to come and go.
It feels fresh and familiar at the same time, and sure does meet the needs of accessibility, productivity, and something that doesn't quite feel like home or an office.
