Refunds & Cancellations
Caribbean Career Fair Instant Exhibitor Security Deposit
Guarantee your business presence and instantly register as an Exhibitor at any of our upcoming Caribbean Career Fairs (CCF) when you pay the $1000 USD or $1000 CAD depending on ticketing site security deposit per Caribbean Career Fair of your choice. From beach backdrop convention halls to workshops, evening networking sessions while watching the sunset to seminars on the veranda and CEO - Recruitment speakers committed to showcasing their brand. Connect directly with international businesses & higher-education schools in attendance at our free in-person Caribbean Career Fair prospective candidates. Eligible Career Fairs - Exhibitor Registration is Now Open for: The Bahamas Fall Edition November 9-11, 2025 Jamaica Winter Holiday Edition December 17-20, 2025 Trinidad & Tobago Carnival Edition February 7 - 11, 2026 A CCF Exhibitor Coordinator will be in contact within (1) business day of your payment to finalize your Exhibitor Booth and special request. The security deposit will be used to hold your booth, payment is required 60 Days prior to the first-date of move-in at your selected Fair. Security Deposit will be refunded in full, minus any incidentals or additional onsite expense (2) weeks after the end of Career Fair or Refunded within 7 business days if the selected Career Fair is no longer available or upon the initial meeting the Exhibitor chooses to withdraw participation. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 60 days prior to day 1 of move-in. In the case of a cancellation or reschedule with request made more than 15 days before move-in, registrants will be rolled to the next career fair or they may choose to roll their registration fee to the future dated career fair valid up to 1 year. Hotel booking are early bird or non-refundable as per hotel policy are non-refundable. Security Deposits will be refunded 2 weeks after the end of registrants participating Career Fair minus any additional expenses incurred.
