Join us for our favorite event of the year: Turkey Prep Party. The day before Thanksgiving, we'll help you get your turkey oven-ready (and have some fun while we're at it). Enjoy a tasting of our favorite fall wines as you prep your fresh, local bird under the guidance of our chefs. You'll leave with a perfectly seasoned, buttered and ready-to-roast turkey, plus full instructions for Thanksgiving Day.

Each session lasts about an hour. This is plenty of time to prep your turkey, sip your drink and soak up the holiday spirit.

Your Turkey Prep Party Station Includes:
1 farm-fresh local turkey from Kuck Farms in St. Mary’s, Ohio — fresh (never frozen), antibiotic-and hormone-free.
You can work solo or bring a partner. Want to prep two turkeys? Simply purchase two stations.
All prep ingredients and equipment — our salt-pepper-garlic dry brine, butter (lots of it!), lemon, onion, and herbs. Plus, a disposable roasting pan and white wine for the cooking process. We'll provide all prep tools and supplies as well.
1 drink from our bar — enjoy our fall wine tasting, a beer, or non-alcoholic option (additional drinks available for purchase).
Hands-on instruction from our chef — we’ll walk you through every step and share pro Thanksgiving tips.
Take-home guide — you’ll leave with clear finishing instructions and the option to text us if you need help on Thanksgiving Day.
