Hello Volunteers,

Thank you for helping us make this year’s Annual Tribute Turkey Trot a success! We are still in need of volunteers to help with:

Check-In Booth

Traffic Control

Water Station

📍 Event Details:

Date: Saturday, November 22

Time: 8:00–11:00 AM

Location: Race will start and end at the Lakeside Pool (7612 Castlebridge). The route continues down to Bridgelane, then to Lebanon toward Stonefield, through the tunnel, and back up Lebanon toward the Lakeside Pool.

⏰ Volunteer Arrival: Please arrive by 7:15 AM to help with set-up and to receive your volunteer vest.

🎟 Food Voucher: Once the last runner has finished, please return to the finish line to check out and receive your food voucher from Tony Santiago with The Tribute. This voucher can be redeemed at any food truck at the event as a thank-you for your time and support.

We appreciate your willingness to give back to the community and look forward to seeing you at the Turkey Trot!
