Turkish cuisine is rich, diverse & flavourful perfect for dinner parties & celebrations. Learn to master dishes close to Ada's heart in this special masterclass, inspired by their childhood, travels as a film maker and their community.
You will work in pairs to create a vegetarian menu of:
- Antalya Piyazı
A fresh and hearty white bean salad from the Antalya region, dressed with lemon, olive oil, and tahini, and finished with herbs and vegetables. A classic meze that balances richness and freshness. - Peynirli Pide
Traditional Turkish flatbread filled with spinach and cheese and baked until golden. Crispy on the outside, soft in the middle, and perfect for sharing. - Kabak Tatlısı with Walnut & Tahini Sauce
Slow-cooked pumpkin dessert served with toasted walnuts and a drizzle of tahini sauce. Naturally sweet, comforting, and deeply rooted in Turkish home cooking.
