Two Stacks & Killowen: An Irish Whiskey Journey — Skagit Valley
Join us at Shawn O’Donnell’s Skagit Valley on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, as we kick off our three-location Irish whiskey tasting tour with Andrew Healy, the Irish Whiskey LAD.
This special evening features selections from Two Stacks and Killowen, accompanied by four small-plate pairings prepared by our culinary team. Andrew will guide guests through each pour, sharing stories, encouraging questions, and exploring the differences across the lineup.
Enjoy an evening that moves from single grain and Rum & Raisin to sherry-influenced single pot still whiskey, finishing with Double Irish Cream Liqueur.
