Dr. Alyssa Webb-McCune is an accomplished speaker and licensed counselor, passionate about helping professionals be able to lead their best lives, both in and outside of work. She believes in the spirit of confronting a challenge, while also operating with the understanding that we should work with our brains and bodies, not against them. She is the founder of Natural Balance Counseling as well as Mental Balance Coaching and Consulting. Both organizations are designed to provide solution-focused emotional, mental, and life support to high-performing individuals and couples through all stages of adult life. They also offer a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program that experience a 4:1 return on their investment by providing quality services to employees and leadership, truly changing the working landscape, one company at a time.
$5 from every ticket sold will be put into the fund for our Business Collective Grant, which will be awarded to one woman from the group at the end of 2025.
