Let's celebrate the Ubuntu Way!
In 2016, we set out to foster a village of support for youth and families with resources to tackle the oppressive systems they face everyday. Together we have been able to make a difference supporting families navigating the legal system, mediating conflicts in neighborhoods, and providing holistic resources for long-term healing.

Join us Sunday, March 15th at 5pm to celebrate what we've been able to achieve together and look to the future for how we can continue to foster unity and create the healthy village we all need and deserve. 

At the Broadside, there will be food, fun and entertainment for everyone! With a live performance from Jus Tanzy and a special guest let's dance, eat and, celebrate the Ubuntu Way!

FAQ

  • The showtime listed for the event is the time the event starts. Doors will generally open an hour before the listed show time unless otherwise listed.
  • We allow pets during the day, but not at night for music (anything after 7pm). Service animals are always allowed
  •  Please do not park in the Broad Theater parking lot. We have a parking lot for The Broadside and plenty street parking available on Toulouse and Lafitte. If you would like to be escorted to your car, please ask the Sheriff on duty. You may also park in the Auto Zone parking lot if they are closed. 
  • Our outdoor space has a variety of seating options such as benches, picnic tables, chairs, and stools. If you require a seat for health reasons or disability, please ask a staff member and they can provide you with a chair.
