Movement as mythmaking. Tell Me, O Muse reimagines global myths and legends through contemporary dance, bringing new life to the stories told across time to explain the world around us—from the balance and justice of Ma’at to the seduction and power of sirens.
Unbound Dance Collective is a non-profit contemporary dance company based in New York City. Rooted in artistic expression and dedicated to community, our mission is to provide a home for exploration, evolution, and exchange:
- We create a space to question and learn with humility and without limitations
- We cultivate growth within ourselves and our art
- We collaborate with curiosity to foster an inclusive and dynamic environment
Our vision is to offer training and performance opportunities for artists and continuously grow with the needs of the community we serve.
Our second performance at Triskelion will be based around ancient myths and legends, featuring original choreography inspired by Greek mythology, Egyptian deities, Taoist philosophy, and more.
