Description
Conflict is often destructive, but it doesn't have to be. Strategies that attempt to reduce, manage, or mediate conflict miss out on its positive purpose. Next Element has pioneered a communication methodology for harnessing the positive potential in conflict, called Leading Out of Drama. In this workshop you will learn the difference between positive and negative conflict, challenge four common myths about conflict, and distinguish between conflict styles and conflict skills.
