Valentine’s Dinner & Sunset Train Experience

A rare, slow-paced Valentine’s evening designed for connection, not crowds.

Enjoy a 90-minute, three-course dinner in a beautifully set, stationary historic railcar, paired with a golden-hour electric train ride through the countryside (weather permitting).

Dinner is cooked on-site by Green River Brewery & Taproom and paired with wines from Caymus Suisun Vineyards. Seating is available for only 20 couples per night. 

 Two Dinner Seating's Available
• Early Dinner: 3:30–5:00 PM → Followed by the 5:10 PM Sunset Train Ride Departure
• Late Dinner: 5:00 PM Sunset Train Departure → Followed By Dinner 6:15–7:45 PM

3-Course Plated Dinner Featuring:

  • Appetizer: Chilled Shrimp Cocktail 
    Succulent, chilled shrimp served with a refined, house-style cocktail sauce to gently awaken the palate. Paired with Emmolo Sparkling Wine, the crisp bubbles and bright finish cleanse the palate and lift the natural sweetness of the shrimp, making each bite feel lighter, fresher, and more vibrant.
  • Your Choice of Entrée
    • Grilled New York Strip 
      Beautifully grilled and finished with a savory char, tender and richly flavored, served with a classic baked potato and seasonal vegetables prepared simply to let the ingredients shine. Paired with Bonanza Cabernet Sauvignon, bold and full-bodied, the Cabernet deepens the steak’s savory char, bringing out richer flavors and adding warmth and depth with every sip.
    • Grilled Salmon
      Silky, tender salmon delicately grilled and finished with a light herb glaze, served with seasoned rice and seasonal vegetables. Paired with Bonanza Chardonnay, the smooth, rounded texture of the Chardonnay mirrors the salmon’s tenderness, while subtle citrus and soft oak notes enhance the herb finish without overpowering the dish.
    • Chef’s Choice Vegetarian Entrée
      An elegant, seasonal vegetable-forward composition, thoughtfully prepared to complement the evening’s wine pairings. Paired with a Caymus-Suisun wine selected to highlight the seasonal vegetables, enhancing natural sweetness, texture, and balance based on the chef’s preparation.
  • Dessert: Warm Chocolate Lava Cake
    A decadent chocolate cake with a molten center, rich and velvety, designed to linger long after the last bite. Paired with Caymus-Suisun Grand Durif Petit Sirah, dark, velvety, and indulgent, this wine intensifies the richness of the chocolate, amplifying deep cocoa flavors and creating a lingering, luxurious finish.

Sunset Train Instructions

The sunset train ride is optional, and weather permitting.

• Guests participating in the train ride must be present at the designated boarding area at the scheduled time
• The train departs promptly to maintain the evening schedule
• Late arrivals may not be accommodated

Boarding Instructions
• Early Dinner guests will be escorted directly from Carhouse 3 to the train
• Late Dinner guests joining the train should arrive by 4:40 PM and proceed to the designated boarding area
• Late Dinner guests not riding the train should arrive by 5:50 PM for dinner seating

• Please arrive 15 minutes before your dinner seating for check-in
• Advance tickets required
• No walk-ups or same-day ticket sales
• Entrée selections cannot be changed after purchase
