5848 California 12Celebrate Valentine’s weekend with an intimate evening at the Western Railway Museum, set inside our beautifully restored Carhouse 3 Pullman railcar.
This curated experience features a stationary, three-course plated dinner, live music, aboard a historic railcar. Guests will enjoy attentive table service in a relaxed, romantic setting designed for lingering conversation and connection.
Dinner is catered by Green Valley Taproom, with thoughtfully paired wines from Caymus-Suisun Vineyards, creating a refined dining experience from first course to final sip.
To ensure a smooth and intimate experience, the evening is offered in two distinct dinner times, each limited to just 20 guests.
Early Bird Seating — 3:30 PM
Doors open at 3:10 PM for arrival and seating. Dinner service begins promptly at 3:30 PM and lasts approximately 90 minutes.
Sunset Train Experience
Weather permitting, guests from both dinner times will be invited on a sunset train ride, departing around 5:00 PM to capture golden hour and sunset views across the museum grounds. The train returns to the carhouse at approximately 6:00 PM.
Late Seating — 6:15 PM
Following the sunset train, the late seating offers the same 90-minute dinner service, ideal for dessert, wine, and relaxed conversation in a vintage evening atmosphere. If you would not like to take the sunset train please arrive at the museum at 5:50 PM.
Important Dining Note
To ensure smooth dinner service, all guests must select their main course at checkout. Entrée selections cannot be changed after purchase.
Due to the limited capacity and intimate nature of this experience, advance tickets are required.
