Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a fun, hands-on cooking class built around a classic steakhouse-inspired menu. You’ll start with horseradish-stuffed cherry tomatoes before learning how to perfectly cook and carve a porterhouse for two with garlic herb butter — featuring both a tender filet and a flavorful New York strip, making it ideal for sharing. The meal is rounded out with creamy roasted garlic and mascarpone risotto and a bright lemon pepper broccolini side.

Please Note: You and your partner will be cooking together and sharing what you've made. You won't share food/equipment with others in class, but you will likely sit with other guests in our communal dining area.
