Baby spinach, fried goats’ cheese, strawberry, concord grape vinaigrette

Lemon and cracker crumb crusted halibut, melted leeks, fennel, fregola, baby clams, bouillabaisse “butter” sauce

Pasture grazed beef, marrow butter, lobster stuffed shrimp, Yukon gold mashed, chef’s selected vegetable

Baked meringue, raspberry mousse, chocolate dipped strawberries
