Join us for an intimate, ticketed wine dinner at Bittersweet Farm on February 11 at 6:00 PM, featuring a four-course menu expertly paired with wines from Van Zellers & Co., in collaboration with MS Walker.
This private dinner will take place on our main floor and is limited to just 40 guests, offering a relaxed yet elevated dining experience. Each course has been thoughtfully designed by our culinary team and paired with a complementary wine to highlight bold flavors and classic pairings.
Menu highlights include:
• A trio of fresh oysters paired with White Porto
• Arroz de Mariscos with roasted halibut and VZ Douro White
• Grilled prime tomahawk ribeye with VZ Douro Red and CV Curriculum Vitae Douro Red
• Rice pudding crème brûlée paired with 10-Year Tawny Porto
Tickets are $125 per person or $225 per couple (plus service charge). Advance ticket purchase is required. All ticket sales are final.
