Join us for an intimate, ticketed wine dinner at Merrill's on the Waterfront on July 23 at 6:00 PM, featuring a four-course menu expertly paired with wines from Van Zellers & Co., in collaboration with MS Walker.
This private dinner will take place on our main floor and is limited to just 40 guests, offering a relaxed yet elevated dining experience. Each course has been thoughtfully designed by our culinary team and paired with a complementary wine to highlight bold flavors and classic pairings.
Menu highlights include:
• SCALLOP & YELLOWFIN CRUDO with VZ White Porto
• BRAISED PORK BELLY with VZ Douro White
• LAND AND SEA with VZ Douro Tinto
• GRILLED PEACHES with VZ 10-Year Tawny Porto
Tickets are $95 per person or $180 per couple (plus service charge). Advance ticket purchase is required. All ticket sales are final.
