The nights are getting longer and the heat will soon start to fade, but the Vernon Queer Revue is back to help you revel in the sweet sadness of summer’s end!
Hosted by Fuchsia Bush and Other Nature, The Summertime Sadness Show is a sultry, shimmering night of queer artistry celebrating the beauty of longing, nostalgia, and sweaty dancefloors. Think disco-fueled heartbreak and glittering ennui, all served up on the moodily lit stage of the Cheeky Speakeasy!
From slow burns to high-energy heartbreakers, expect a dazzling mix of moody burlesque and electric drag, all with a 1970s-flavoured flair!
