The Veterans Business Marketplace will be in the Center of Wings Over Houston Airshow next to the Legends & Heroes Autograph Tent with a 40 x 80 tent with a floor (3,200 sq ft tent) and to showcase 35+ Veteran Owned Businesses in the VBM HRVCC tent.
Wings Over Houston Airshow - One of the top 4 air shows in the United States, this premier Houston event is dedicated to showcasing vintage World War II aircraft, along with the thrills of modern aviation, and has supported a variety of local & national Veteran charities during its 40-year history.

Vendor Gates Open Sat & Sunday - 0630 (This makes it much easier for parking - ref to map on gate entrance locations for vendors.)
All Vendor Vehicles must be off the Airfield (outside airshow gates by 0730)
*** Vehicles will not be allowed back on till after 5:30pm or later
Vendor Insurance is included into your Vendor Registration

How to earn a Free Table Space
To earn a free Table Space, send your Referral Number to potential Sponsors or Vendors who you believe would be interested in Sponsoring or being a VOB Vendor at your Veterans Business Marketplace at Wings Over Houston Airshow. The more you share your Vendor Referral code the more potential you have of getting your table space *free.
First way to qualify
Anyone who uses your Referral Number during their Sponsorship registration process must register as a Lt. or higher Sponsorship Level (Lt., Capt., Col., or Admiral Sponsorship or equivalent custom sponsorship).
If your Code is used twice for the above Sponsorship Levels you will qualify for a free second table space. If there are 3 or more Specific Sponsorships registered below Lt., you will qualify for a free table space; 6 or more will qualify you for 2 free table spaces.
Second way to qualify
When you refer 3 or more fully registered & paid-for Exhibitors, you also qualify for a free table space; 6 or more fully registered & paid for Exhibitors & you will qualify for 2 free table spaces.
How to get a Referral Code:
Register as an Vendor for the Veteran Business Marketplace. Once your registration is complete & paid for in full, we will generate a code for this years VBM specific to you or you may send an email to VetBiz@HRVCC.org, indicating you have completed your Veteran Business Marketplace Registration & are requesting a Referral Code.
We will then assign you a referral code you can share with anyone & everyone - maximize your potential to earn a *Free Vendor Table Space! Once the VBM is over, we will provide you a full refund of your out-of-pocket table space, either 1 or 2 table spaces, whichever you registered & paid for. If you registered for 1 table & qualified for 2 before the Airshow, we will upgrade you to 2 table spaces (pending space available when you qualify) (Power not included in offer)
* Max is 2 table spaces to earn.
** If Vendor Table spaces are sold out (which we are expecting) by the time you qualify for 2 table spaces, you will get a free table for VBM @ WOHA 2025.
*** If you want 2 table spaces at this year’s VBM, register for 2 table spaces to ensure you receive this size space.
**** Vendors must be fully registered & paid in full, for a code to be assigned - Only applies to a Saturday & Sunday Vendor Registration
