Join us in the JACC Kitchen for an evening of good food with chef Lesa Lebeau. Lesa will cook up a Vietnames Feast! Chef Lesa LeBeau graduated school of Culinary Arts in 1995 from Westlake Culinary Institute. She graduated at the top of her class. While attending culinary school she had the great honor of catering for the Academy Awards with Wolfgang Puck and Cecilia DeCastro (instructor). From 1996-1999she worked in a very high end restaurant in Los Angeles in both the kitchen, and as a pastry Chef.
A Class with big flavors!
First: We will make Larb, a seasoned ground pork served in lettuce leaves with crisp veggies and a nuoc Cham sauce.
Second: Next is Pho Ga, a traditional soup cooked many hours with chicken and spices and served over rice noodles and garnished with herbs
Final: . Last we will make a traditional rice paper dumpling with pork and prawn with a spicy sweet chili sauce.
Price: $75 - includes 2 glass of wine or other beverage
Ring Side Seating: $90 - 6 seats are availabe at the chef's counter
