Eanes Orchestra Parent Association (EOPA) is the booster club for the Eanes ISD orchestras supporting orchestra students at all three schools in the Eanes District: Hill Country Middle School, West Ridge Middle School and Westlake High School.

Hello WHS Orchestra Families and Viola Students,
We are excited to invite all of our WHS viola students to join us for ViolaFest at Texas State University on Saturday, September 19! This is an absolutely fantastic event and a wonderful opportunity for our viola students to spend the day surrounded by other violists, incredible teachers, clinicians, and fellow musicians who get what makes the viola so special.
ViolaFest is packed with opportunities to learn, play, and have fun, including:
Ensemble rehearsal and performance
TMEA All-Region/All-State Preparation — high school students
Technique and warm-up classes
Masterclasses
Paul Rolland Pedagogy for Viola
New Viola Publications
Viola Tone Demonstration
Faculty Q&A and College & Career Discussion
Pizza lunch
Closing Recital at Evans Auditorium

This is a great opportunity for our viola students to learn, make connections, be inspired, and celebrate being viola players! Whether your student is interested in All-Region/All-State, improving their technique, learning more about the instrument, or simply spending the day with a bunch of other awesome violists, there will be something for everyone.
