EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES NEEDED:

Patient Volunteers:

You will need 3 patients or office staff members to administer the therapy to

Equipment & Supplies Obtained through O3UV

• EBOO Full Spectrum UBI Device and Cart
• EBOO Diffuser and Tubing w/Quartz Cuvette
• Collection Cup
• O2 Regulator (for O2 Tank)
• Tubing for Connecting O2 to EBOO Device
• Magnetic Timer
• Blue Clamps/Hemostats

Disposable Supplies Clinic Sources:

Medical Grade Oxygen Tank - E-tank is best for EBOO therapy - you should get 11 treatments from one tank

• 500ml Normal Saline - this could be 2-250ml, 1-500ml, or if you can get only 1L bags, you can use them but some will be wasted
• 7500 units of Heparin
• Regular Unfiltered IV Admin Tubing - for Heparin drip
• Syringe - 30ml (or larger) for air regulation

Venipuncture Supplies:

• 2 - 20G needles (IV catheter needles recommended)
• Gauze
• 2 - Tegaderm Dressing
• Alcohol Swabs
• 2 - Tourniquets
• Tape
• Gloves
