While the museum is temporarily closed for renovations, you can still experience all it has to offer! Beginning Tuesday, February 11th, the museum will be offering weekly virtual tours every Tuesday at 2pm. Whether you have visited before or are hoping to see it for the first time, this is your chance to enjoy the museum from the comfort of your own home!

Standard Virtual Museum Tour

A 60-minute virtual tour of the Museum of Work and Culture led by a trained Museum docent, using images, audio, and video from Museum exhibits.

 

Farm to Factory Youth Museum Tour

A 60-minute tour highlighting the core museum exhibits and themes is perfect for introducing younger students and their families to exploring themes of immigration and labor.

 

Tuesday Tea Time Talk: Unions

A conversational gathering focusing on one of the Museum's permanent exhibits. For February, come to learn about the impact of unions like the ITU on the textile industry. Visitors are encouraged to share their own experiences and stories with unions, whether through the textile industry or beyond!

 

La Survivance French Language Virtual Museum Tour

A 60-minute virtual tour of the Museum of Work and Culture led completely in French! Perfect for advanced French learners or native French speakers.

 

La Survivance Beginner French Virtual Museum Tour

A 60-minute virtual tour of the Museum of Work and Culture led in a mix of French and English. Perfect for beginner and intermediate French learners!
