On Friday, April 10, from 6-8p, we will have Visible Mending club. No formal instruction is provided, but guidance on your mend will be available as needed. Some patching material and sewing and embroidery threads will be provided. As this session provides no formal instruction, it is best to attend a class to learn some sewing basics if you haven't threaded a needle before.. Please bring woven/nonstretchy items to mend. Stretchy, gauzy, or sweater fabrics will be challenging for newer menders.
Please bring a garment or other fabric piece to work on your mending skills.

Proceeds benefit supply grants for public school teachers, subsidize providing low-cost, high-value art and craft classes, and creating vibrant and engaging opportunities for community art.
