Join us for the most anticipated Wine Festival of Minnesota!

The Waconia Wine Festival is a two day festival from 11am-6pm featuring three distinctive vineyards within a 5-mile radius of each other. This festival is the perfect opportunity to visit some of the best wineries in the state of Minnesota while tasting, exploring, and enjoying a variety of wine. 

To accommodate the high demand, the Festival spans two-days, Saturday, July 25th & and Sunday, July 26th. Guests can choose which day, what time, and what winery they would like to begin their tour. Each winery will be offering a special food menu, wine deals, and LIVE music!

Admission

Tickets are $49, tax included, per person and include:

  • 3 Tastings at each winery

  • Bus transportation between the wineries

All attendees must be 21+. Please have your ID's ready at check-in. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE! This is a RAIN OR SHINE event.

How it Works

  • Guests will pre-register and pick their starting time and winery on the day of their choice (Saturday, July 25th or Sunday, July 26th)

  • Each location will offer upgrades for additional tastings and souvenir glasses.

  • Enjoy your wine tasting while sipping, shopping, and eating.

  • Once guests are ready to move on, they can hop on the tour bus and make their way to the next location. Please follow the order of which winery to attend next. 

  • Guests will then arrive at their second winery on the tour and check-in for a sampling of 3 wines (upgrades available for purchase)

  • Once guests are ready to move on, they can hop on the tour bus and make their way to the next location.

  • Guests will then arrive at their third winery on the tour and check-in for a sampling of 3 wines (upgrades available for purchase).

  • Once guests are finished at their final winery, they will hop on the bus to return to their starting winery.

Order of the Tour

All bus transportation will be following this route below. Buses depart from each winery  every 40 minutes.

  • Start at Sovereign -> Schram -> Parley

  • Start at Schram -> Parley -> Sovereign

  • Start at Parley -> Sovereign -> Schram

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. This is a rain or shine event.

  • Guests participating in the Waconia Wine Festival must be 21+. Have your ID ready at check-in. 

  • Check-in will be from 11am-3pm. Please arrive on time to your check-in time at your starting winery.

The Winery at Sovereign Estate

The Winery at Sovereign Estate is a family owned and operated estate vineyard and winery located on the North Shore of Lake Waconia. In 2018 the winery erected the Marquette Pavilion, a large seasonal event center with glass sides and a seating capacity over 400. The Pavilion and its covered Patio Area overlooks the beautiful estate vineyards and lake with a huge lawn seating area as well. Wine, beer and other refreshment are served during concert events.
