Omakase is a Japanese word that translates to “I leave it up to you.” In traditional dining, it means placing your meal entirely in the chef’s hands—trusting their creativity, timing, and expertise. While often experienced at sushi counters, this is Ovoka Farm’s Wagyu take on omakase—an evening dedicated entirely to Wagyu beef.
Join us for a unique Wagyu Omakase tasting experience at historic Ovoka Farm. The evening features a twelve to fifteen course sampling, showcasing an array of Ovoka F1 Wagyu cuts through varied artful preparations influenced by flavors from around the globe. The culinary journey is guided, curated, and composed by Chef Joel Valente. Wines available for purchase by the glass provided by Ovoka Farm Winery.
