Description

This will be opportunities during the Summer to get involved in smaller games for:
- Warhammer 40000 (Combat Patrol)
- Warhammer Age of Sigmar (Spearhead)
- Kill Team
- Warcry

Each league will be active till the end of August except for the weekend when the tournament will be scheduled. That will be a separate event.

Each league will have a fee of $25 which will mainly be used to supply prizes for the event, but some will be used to cover costs for terrain and the materials that will be used for the events. This will be required for registration for events that will go forward. There will also be a fee for the use of the table for the scheduled time. That will need to be prepaid as part of the process to schedule the appointment. It will not be refunded unless the appointment is cancelled more than 48 hours before the appointment. It is expected that each player will pay $5 toward booking (total $10 for the match). If the match is completed, this fee will be turned into 500 loyalty points that can be used for future purchases.

Games will not need to be played at the store location (just about 50 feet West of the store. However, the players will need to bring suitable terrain to that location to compete their game. Or they can make an appointment to play their game at the mall location.

The players will be separated into pods of 4. Each pod will have 3 matches (1 with each other member of the pod). Results will be recorded with win/loss for each game recorded to identify winners for the event. for ranking that will determine awards and prizes.

On Sundays, I will set up 2 hour appointments for tables for each game that there are participants  (2 per timeslot) who will register for that day and time. There will be a maximum of 3 tables for 4 games that will hold 30"x22" game boards. Terrain will be set up for the session and players will be responsible to prevent damage or theft of the terrain. If there are not back-to-back games with other players to transition the responsibility to, the terrain and board will need to be carefully put away and returned to the store for inspection to make sure that it is complete.

Prior to the week, missions/scenarios will be provided for each game system along with a reference on where to find the setup and objectives. These can also be reviewed at the store.
