Join Chef Gwyn and her husband, lifelong waterman Donald Novak, as they weave together the rich history, legends, and living culture of the Bay. Donald will share tales from his decades on the water—stories of heritage, hardship, and humor—while Chef Gwyn brings those traditions to life through a unique menu. Together, they’ll give you an unforgettable glimpse into the folklore, flavor, and spirit that define life along these storied shores.

What To Expect
- Instructor: No Thyme to Cook Lead Chef
- Length: Approximately 3 hours.
- Experience. This is not a Hands-On Class. The Chef prepares and cooks the meal while you sit back and enjoy. Come with friends or family, mingle at your table, enjoy beverages, and relax in this restaurant-style evening.
- Location: First floor.
- Restrictions: Classes are for participants aged 16 and older. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
Experience Options
- General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
