Description

Join Catawba Riverkeeper for a sunset tour on North Carolina’s largest reservoir! Enjoy the wind in your hair and gorgeous sunset views while you learn about the water quality, aquatic ecosystems, and the history of Lake Norman and the Catawba-Wateree River Basin from our 12'x40' commercial boat. Tours will launch from Stutts Marina (571 Stutts Road, Mooresville, NC).

Please note:

  • Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the event is scheduled to begin. Check your ticket for your start time.

  • Restrooms are available at the Marina but not onboard

  • Youth under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian

  • All guests will have access to a properly fitted PFD provided by Catawba Riverkeeper while aboard the vessel. Guests who are 14 years old and younger are required to wear their PFD for the duration of the trip.

Refund Policy

To request a refund, please contact Oggy Tabb, Environmental Education Intern, at oggy.t@catawbariverkeeper.org. Refund eligibility is determined based on the timestamp of your email request and follows the schedule below:

  • 8 or more days before the event – Full refund

  • 7 days to 49 hours before: 50% refund

  • 48 hours or less: No refund

 

If you are unable to attend and choose not to request a refund, your ticket purchase may be turned into a donation to Catawba Riverkeeper.
