Please join fellow economic development, local government, port, business, tribal, workforce/education and community leaders from throughout Washington June 18-20, 2024 to learn and engage with expert speakers, legislators and professionals on the current state of Washington economic development and gain new tools and insights for economic development in your community. The conference will focus on fostering equitable, inclusive economic development as well as opportunities in sports-related economic development, highlighting Spokane’s tremendous leadership and success. We will acknowledge and celebrate Juneteenth in multiple ways. Attendees will leave with tools, resources and strategies to leverage in order to help their communities grow jobs and catalyze inclusive and sustainable economic opportunity across Washington.

Conference registration fees do not include conference accommodations. 

If you would like to book a hotel room for the conference, we have negotiated a group rate at the Davenport Grand of $175 per night, subject to room availability. UPDATE: As of June 11, 2024, there are still rooms available in WEDA's negotiated group block for Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday nights -- but you need to please call the Davenport Grand at 800-228-9290 and ask for the Group Housing Team and/or Bella if she is available.

CONFERENCE REFUND POLICY: In the event that you are unable to attend the conference, WEDA will extend a full refund of your conference registration fees on cancellations made on or before June 4 and will issue a 50% refund thereafter.
