Have you always wanted to taste some of the world’s most iconic and rare cheeses? Then you won’t want to miss our new series – Wedges & Wines. Each month we’ll explore four very different cheeses from a particular country. Ranging from soft and creamy to firm and hard, cow’s to sheep’s milk, and everything in between, we’ll taste some of the world’s finest cheeses while discussing their history. And of course, we’ll include our chef-picked wine pairings for each. This month we’ll spend the evening enjoying four of our favorite artisan cheeses made right here in the U.S.:
