Have you always wanted to taste some of the world’s most iconic and rare cheeses? Then you won’t want to miss our new series – Wedges & Wines. Each month we’ll explore four very different cheeses from a particular country. Ranging from soft and cream to firm and hard, cow’s to sheep’s milk and everything in between, we’ll taste some of the world’s finest cheeses while discussing their history. And of course, we’ll include our chef-picked wine pairings for each. This month we’ll spend the evening enjoying four classic Greek cheeses:
- Manouri
- Kasseri
- Kefalotyri
- Saganaki

$45 virtual log-in (kit includes a tasting portion of the cheeses and wines). Kits may be picked up Wednesday, June 23rd from 11 am to 2 pm.
$65 in-person (includes a tasting portion of the cheeses and the wines)
$99 The VIP Experience (includes the above in-person package plus exclusive use of our second floor deck and bar one hour before dinner begins to enjoy a complimentary drink, & appetizer)
