Join us for an exclusive whiskey tasting event led by Billy Burns, Executive Bourbon Steward featuring 5 celebrated wheated bourbons from the Weller Bourbon family. 

  • Weller CYPB (Craft Your Perfect Bourbon) is a special release that allows enthusiasts to blend their perfect bourbon. It features a custom combination of flavors, including maple syrup, citrus zest, and a touch of smokiness, creating a truly personalized drinking experience. (ABV: 47.5%)
  • Weller Full Proof is bottled at barrel proof, preserving its intense flavors. Expect robust notes of vanilla, toffee, and a satisfying warmth, making it a powerhouse in the Weller lineup. (ABV: Varies; typically around 57-63%)
  • Weller Single Barrel showcases the unique characteristics of each barrel. It's known for its complexity, offering a range of flavors from dark chocolate and espresso to caramelized sugar and toasted nuts. (ABV: Varies; typically around 47-49%)
  • Weller Antique 107 is a higher proof bourbon known for its bold flavors. It offers a rich combination of spicy cinnamon, toasted oak, and hints of dried fruits, making it a favorite among bourbon enthusiasts. (ABV: 53.5%)
  • Weller Special Reserve is a smooth and approachable bourbon with a balanced blend of sweet caramel, vanilla, and gentle oak notes. It's an excellent introduction to Weller's signature style. (ABV: 45%)

Each Weller bourbon brings its own distinct character to the table, showcasing the artistry and craftsmanship that define the Weller brand's legacy in the world of bourbon.

This tasting includes:

  • Half ounce (.5 oz) pour of each bourbon.
  • Welcoming cocktail: Billy's New Fashioned (Eagle Rare, Grand Marnier & Walnut Bitters) or Becca's Old Fashioned (made with Eagle Rare).
  • Some form of entertainment :-)
