On Sunday, April 13th, learn to craft fresh, authentic pasta using grain harvested from The Gardens of Southeastern North Carolina! Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced cook, The Pasta Workshop offers a unique opportunity to connect with local agriculture and take your culinary skills to new heights.
For $60 per person, enjoy a self-guided tour of The Gardens, expert instruction from Alyssa Larson of What The Fork, and all the ingredients and tools you need to make fresh pasta. Your ticket also includes one FREE drink and a complimentary wood-fired pizza to complete your farm-to-table experience!
