Are you able to consistently lift your wheels with purpose? When riding, do you rollover or bash into obstacles on trail?
Lifting your wheels with purpose is one of the most helpful skills to make your riding smoother, safer, more controlled and make riding more fun!
You will learn the technique for proper wheel lifts to help you get up and over obstacles. This is also one of the skills necessary for catching air properly.
It’s recommended to participate in a fundamentals session prior to taking this course
Location: Medina Trails
Time: 8am-10am (be ride ready at 8)
You will need a working mountain bike, helmet, close toed shoes, hydration and any snacks you may want.
A small full suspension bike (transition smuggler) is available for rent - please check availability prior to registration by emailing catherine@rideinspiredmtb.com
