264 Turkeysag TrailThis class is intended for the intermediate potter who has had at least 1 wheel throwing class in the past 2 years. It's a great second class for the new potter. Pre-requisite skill is the ability to center a 2 lb ball of clay on the wheel and pull a 3 inch cylinder.
In this wheel -throwing class, we will be concentrating on producing holiday gift items that you can make and give to your family and friends. Each session will come with about 3 lbs of clay and associated firing costs.
Projects will include be:
Nov 13: bottles/vase 2 ways
Nov 20: closed form jewelry box
Dec 4: ring dish, garlic grater, spoon rest
Instructor: Mike Harrison
Registration is required. Age 15+ Limited to 6 students.
$50 per session
