Zaru Soba will be serve with assorted topping such as:
Ikura (Salmon roe), tobiko (Flying Fish roe), shrimp tempura , cucumber, grated daikon, grated fresh ginger, wasabi, kaiware (radish sprouts) , scallion and seaweed.
