While the Endicott family struggle to make ends meet after the death of their beloved husband and father, they learn that their wealthy, spinster Aunt Caroline plans to cheat them out of their inheritance. It is soon revealed that a member of the family has committed murder and Detective Clayton has never investigated such an unusual group of suspects! Even the family members themselves suspect each other as the plot thickens and the audience is kept guessing until the very end. The play is good family entertainment with plenty of laughs and a good dose of mystery.
