Wildly Capable: Women's Outdoor Skills Series

Join Sarah Koval and Phoebe Robinson for a three-part hiking series designed to help women feel more confident, prepared, and self-sufficient outdoors.

Each hike combines trail time with hands-on wilderness medicine and outdoor safety skills, including:

  • The 10 Essentials and Hike Safe principles

  • Preventing and managing heat and cold emergencies

  • Wilderness CPR concepts and anaphylaxis response

  • Stop the Bleed techniques

  • Extremity splinting and immobilization

  • Practical decision-making and emergency preparedness

  • How to build your own 1st aid kit

Whether you're new to hiking or already spending weekends on the trail, you'll leave with skills that can help keep you, your friends, and your family safer outdoors.
