Comedy Meets Cuisine: Comedy Night at Pie’s On Pizzeria & Grill
Wilmington, NC — Pie’s On Pizzeria & Grill is serving up more than just handcrafted pizza this fall—they’re bringing an unforgettable night of food, drinks, and laughter to Wilmington.
On Sunday, Feburary 1st at 6:00 PM, the restaurant transforms into a comedy club for an exclusive Pizza & Comedy Fixe Menu Experience, headlined by nationally touring comedian Dan Frigolette.
For just $45, guests enjoy a full evening that combines dining and entertainment: a three-course meal (appetizer, pizza, and dessert) plus two drink tickets, followed by 90 minutes of stand-up comedy. Dinner service begins at 5:00 PM, with the comedy show starting promptly at 6:00 PM.
The comedy lineup is stacked with talent:
Dan Frigolette — Seen on HBO’s Boardwalk Empire, The Wendy Williams Show, The Bob and Tom Show, Game Theory with Bomani Jones, and more, Frigolette is a sharp-witted, energetic comic who tours internationally but never forgets his small-town roots.
Lily Lester — Lily Lester is an NYC-based comic and actor, originally from LA. Most recently, she was featured on the 'Newcomers at the Bellhouse' showcase. Lily is also a world champion of a cappella (huge brag!) and makes videos about bagels and being Jewish for @NYJewishWeek. She appears on Hulu in 2026.
Blake Connolly — Winner of Charlotte’s Funniest, Connolly brings clever takes and southern charm to the stage.
Wolfgang Gohlke — One of Wilmington's funniest, Wolfgang has been a integral part of the Wilmy scene for the last feat years.
With limited seating and a one-night-only format that combines Wilmington’s love of local food with nationally recognized comedy talent, this event is expected to sell out quickly.
