Wilson Fairchild is a dynamic Country music duo comprising the sons of Country Music Hall of Famers, The Statler Brothers. Cousins Langdon and Wil Reid are singers, songwriters, and comedians. They have performed multiple times on the stage of the Grand Ole Opry.
Their show is a heartfelt and high-energy trip down Memory Lane honoring the Statler Brothers’ iconic legacy. With roots deeply planted in traditional Country, Bluegrass, and Gospel genres, Wilson Fairchild brings a fresh, modern twist to music that resonates with all ages.
The Gaither recording artists are known for their rich harmonies that only close family ties can produce. They add their own unique blend of comedy, authentic storytelling, and audience participation for an unforgettable performance.
Wilson Fairchild learned from the best and are no strangers to the spotlight. They opened for the late George Jones for nearly four years, and they performed with legendary stars such as Rhonda Vincent, Jimmy Fortune, The Malpass Brothers, Gene Watson and many others.
The duo has also been featured on RFD-TV’s Larry’s Country Diner for numerous episodes. Their tours take their unique blend of music across the country.
In 2024 their Statler Made album hit #21 and is still climbing the Billboard Charts. The album was accompanied by a DVD/TV special, hosted by Grand Ole Opry announcer Bill Cody. The TV special premiered across multiple networks and aired weekly on numerous channels including PBS, RFD TV, Trinity Broadcasting Network and many others throughout the United States. In Canada, the special aired on networks including Vision, The Miracle Channel and Hope TV.
Songs from the album are featured on Gaither Radio across Pandora, Amazon, and Spotify channels. Individual videos from the filming were released on the Gaither Music YouTube channel with 3 million subscribers.
Both highly acclaimed songwriters, Wil and Langdon have been writing songs and playing guitar since their teenage years. Their songs have been recorded by Ricky Skaggs, Dailey & Vincent, and the Statler Brothers.
Gaither Records recently signed Wilson Fairchild for their third album to be released in the Spring of 2026.
In 2018, Will and Langdon started their own non-profit organization, Happy Birthday America, hosting an annual two-day event July 3-4 in their hometown, Staunton, VA. Each year it grows, attracting thousands to celebrate America in a small-town, big-time way!
Built-in 1925, in the grand architectural style of Beaux-Arts Classical Revival, the Simon Theatre provided a splendid setting for many theatrical performances, film screenings and ballroom dances. The James Simon family commissioned Houston architect Alfred C. Finn, whose career included designing a number of prominent Houston buildings as well as the San Jacinto Monument, to design the theatre for the community of Brenham. Today, after a meticulous million-plus dollar renovation, the glamour and grand style lives on for future generations in the newly named Barnhill Center at Historic Simon Theatre.
