Description
The wines we will be tasting (and learning about) in this class come from vineyards that are treated as a bustling ecosystem where every bug, breeze, and bloom plays a part in their growth. Clean wines are crafted with minimal intervention and maximize respect for nature. In this wine class we will be tasting through wines that are natural, organic, biodynamic, low intervention, non-inoculated, and also, oh so tasty.
In this structured wine class guests will:
- Learn about "Clean" and "Natural" wines. What does that mean?
- Learn how winemakers and viticulturists are applying clean and natural techniques in the vineyard and winery.
- Learn about the predominate regions that focus on these practices and the rate at which wineries across the world implement these philosophies and practices.
- Taste through 6-9 different wines that are. made using these techniques.
- Learn how to taste wine like a pro.
- Have a lot of fun.
Class sizes is limited to the first 20 people.
