Champagne, Prosecco, Cava, Crémant, Franciacorta, Lambrusco, Sekt, Spumante, Asti Spumante, Pet-Nat (Pétillant Naturel), Frizzante. What do all of these things have in common! They are all different kinds of sparkling wine!Experience Bubbly & Beyond in our first ever sparkling wine class! Learn about the different styles of bubbles, how they are made, what makes them different, and how to find your favorites!
In this structured wine class guests will:
- Learn about how sparkling wine is made with an in-class demonstration
- Learn about the predominate and indigenous grape(s), and how they are produced, bottled and labeled differently.
- Taste through 6-9 different styles of sparkling wine
- Learn how to taste wine like a pro.
- Have a lot of fun.
The Bighorn will be closed to the public during our class time. Class is limited to the first 25 people.
