Join us as we taste the wines of the acclaimed German winemaker Clemens Busch.
In this session, we'll explore the unique terroir of the Mosel region, where Busch's vineyards are located, and taste a selection of his signature Rieslings.
We'll discuss Busch's biodynamic farming practices and how they influence the flavor and character of his wines. We'll also learn about the winemaking techniques used by Busch, including extended aging on the lees and natural fermentation, and how they contribute to the complexity and depth of his wines.
This is a great opportunity to taste some exceptional German Rieslings and gain insight into the winemaking process of one of the region's most respected producers.
