Join us for an informal evening of wine tasting, on Wednesday 22 January, where our host will guide you through a selection of five exceptional wines from around the world, each with a distinct French influence—two whites, a rosé, and two reds.
The evening will begin with a glass of fizz upon arrival, followed by the wine tasting experience, where you’ll learn about the origins, tasting notes, and nuances of each wine. To complement your wine tasting experience, a selection of cheese will be served as an accompaniment.
Tickets are £35 per person or £25 for Friends of Ushaw. There will also be a raffle during the evening, where we will accept cash or card.
Whether you're here for the wine, the conversation, or simply to enjoy the evening, it promises to be a memorable experience.
The wine tasting experience will finish at approx 9pm, however the Francis Thompson Lounge/Bar will be open until 10:30pm - why not make a night of it and book into our Bed & Breakfast here
